Meatloaf recipe I’ve used since my mom showed me as a little kid (With a tiny addition)

Meatloaf

2 Pounds Ground Beef
2 Cups Quick Oats
2 Eggs
2 TB Tomato Paste
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 Small Onion, Diced
1 tsp Chipotle
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Glaze

3 TB Catchup
3 TB Brown Sugar
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

Step 1

Mix it all together and cook for about 45 minutes in a bread tin (or free form) at 350

Step 2

Make glaze then Slather the loaf with glaze and bake 15 more minutes
