Ingredients: 2.5 lbs Ground Turkey (you can use 2-3lbs); 2 packages Stovetop Stuffing, prepared; 4 Ribs Celery, finely chopped; 1 Each Medium Onion, finely chopped; 1.5 TB Poultry Seasoning (1-2 TB to your preference); 0 Salt and Pepper, to taste approx 1 tsp per pound of meat, and 1/2 tsp pepper per pound of meat.; 0.5 Cup Ketchup, more if you prefer a heavy glaze; 2 TB Mustard; 0.5 Cup Brown Sugar, finely packed; 1 Dash Worcestershire Sauce (optional)

FOR THE LOAF

2 ½ lbs Ground Turkey (you can use 2-3lbs)
2 packages Stovetop Stuffing, prepared
4 Ribs Celery, finely chopped
1 Each Medium Onion, finely chopped
1 ½ TB Poultry Seasoning (1-2 TB to your preference)
Salt and Pepper, to taste approx 1 tsp per pound of meat, and 1/2 tsp pepper per pound of meat.

FOR THE GLAZE

½ Cup Ketchup, more if you prefer a heavy glaze
2 TB Mustard
½ Cup Brown Sugar, finely packed
1 Dash Worcestershire Sauce (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the 2 pkgs of stovetop stuffing per directions on box. (3cups water and 2 sticks of butter.) Let it cool down.2. Saute onion and celery. Add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Let it cool.3. Put ground Turkey in large mixing bowl. Add 1 tsp of salt per pound of meat. Half that amount for pepper. Add a tablespoon (TB) or more of poultry seasoning.4. Mix in the cooled onion and celery and the stuffing.5. On a parchment or aluminum foil lined pan, make a rectangular (slab) of the meatloaf.Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.Mix glaze ingredients together and slather the top of your meatloaf with it. Put back in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.NOTE #1 - You can also bake these in large muffin tins. Just put glaze on before you bake. Bake at 375 for only 30 minutes.NOTE #2 - This meatloaf makes great hot or cold sandwiches.
